Conejo Valley Hospice is a family owned, small business, and this is deeply important to the heart of who we are. The owners, Brandon Jakobovich and Holly Gold are siblings with a combined 28 years of professional experience in elder care - including currently owning and operating Royal Oaks Inn, which serves those who need more care than an entry level assisted living.

Brandon’s and Holly’s history in this field however, runs deeper than professional experience. Holly and Brandon come from a family who has served those in our elderly community for decades. It’s this background that makes elderly care much more than a business for them. The values they have carried into CVH have been woven into their lives from early on.
